Lots and lots to fill you in on today! Brave New Girls released last week to a roaring fanfare, we saw retweets by several celebs, including John Hornor Jacobs, who I'm a big fan of, and Elizabeth Wein! If you haven't had a chance to pick up your copy yet, head over to bit.ly/BNGUSA and grab one. Kick ass stories about girls solving problems, saving the day and even occasionally blowing things up using their wits and smarts, and all the money goes to a good cause, what are you waiting for?!
Blood in the Water, the prequel to my new series, Warp Weavers, will be coming at you in two weeks. This is a pretty sweet peek into my favourite character's back story, and a good set up for the series itself. Magic, mayhem, monsters and teenagers with super powers chosen to save the world. What could be wrong with that?
Circuits, which runs parallel to SLAM, starring Sam and how he got into that whole mess, as well as what happens after the cliffhanger ending (sorry, I had to chop it into two stories, I was over the word limit for a novella) is slated for an August release, so keep your potatoes peeled for that, should be a good one.
And finally, a little sad news. Due to a variety of factors, Maelstrom has been pushed back for a February release, and will not be on shelves this summer. I am just as disappointed as you are, but rest assured it's for the best in the long run, and it will be worth the wait.
Thanks for stopping by!
